If you're not familiar with setting up and checking email on the most popular programs, here is your chance to take a look at them! You should be familiar with the following email services:
You should be familiar with how to attach files and retrieve files attached to emails. If you don't know how to do this, please ask for help. Week 12 - Boolean Searches
Boolean search can both save you time and produce the results a patron really wants. Visit this guide about boolean searching and try some of the operators to do searches.
