Task 5
Task: Perform an advanced search of the author index for James Patterson to find books available at our library for young adults and children only. Limit to titles published between 2020-2024 and sort by publication date.
Advanced Search
1.) Quick access to Search history so you can perform recent searches again.
2.) Search multiple indexes at once to create very specific searches, and specify boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT).
3.) Limit by Collection (Adult Collection, Childrens Collection, and Young Adult Collection), Item type, or Shelving location.
4.) Enter Year ranges to limit results to titles published within a specific time period. Language options here allow you to search for books originally published in English that were translated into Spanish, or vice versa.
5.) Select from the Individual libraries dropdown to limit results to a specific library and/or click the checkbox above to only display results that are currently checked in.
