Marketing Services: ILS MIGRATION MARKETING MATERIALS

In this section, you'll find materials designed to inform users about the "ILS Migration" across both print and online/social media platforms. Each resource is pre-made and customizable, giving you the flexibility to integrate your library's information, use the materials as they are, or change the language/information to match your library's specific plans for the migration. Files are available in multiple formats, including Canva, PNG, and PDF for your convenience. To edit the Canva files, please make a copy (File > Make a Copy). If you require additional formats or file types, please me know.

IMPORTANT: Each Announcement, A and B, contains three messages for release at different times leading up to the offline period from Aug 1 through Aug 4:

• Message 1: A general notification to be communicated anytime from June 12 to July 12.
• Message 2: A more detailed notification to be released anytime from July 13 to July 31.
• Message 3: The final message is to be released on August 1.

The marketing materials serve several purposes. Firstly, they were designed to provide member libraries with support, resources, and the flexibility to customize them as needed based on different migration plans and hours of operation. Secondly, for RCLSHQ to disseminate through its various communication channels across our service area.
