Nimona is a hilarious Young Adult Graphic Novel based on a webcomic. It follows the story of Nimona, a young shapeshifter who enjoys villainy, and her new villain boss Ballister Blackheart. Read about how they commit acts of villainy across the kingdom, trying to expose the corruption in the Institution of Law Enforcement and their champion, Blackheart’s old friend/now-nemesis: Ambrosius Goldenloin. The plot in this novel is amazing, with each chapter building on from the last, making you invested in what will happen next. The characters are all written well, with fleshed-out personalities and interesting backstories. The novel is not too long of a read, so if you are looking for a book to pass the time for a few hours, this is a good choice. It is an interesting fusion of both fantasy and Sci-fi elements that make the world that much more interesting. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants to have a few laughs and read a well-written story.
