WHY DO I NEED AN RCLS LIAISON?

RCLS has 47 libraries that are all learning Koha at the same time!

If every staff member contacts Alex with Koha questions, he'll never be able to answer them all. So, we respectfully request that you honor the following protocol:

First - Ask your Firstliners! These are your library colleagues who have done extra training so they are prepared to help you learn.

Second - If your Firstliner is unavailable, or needs more information, you may contact your RCLS Liaison (see below).

Third- You can continue to submit questions via the Koha Question/Bug Report form which may be found here, or via the link on the homescreen of the Koha Test Server.
