Foundation Directory Online Essential - REMOTE ACCESSNewburgh Free Library patrons have remote access to its FDO Essential database with access to over 103,000 grant-maker profiles through May 31, 2022!
Beginning on March 25, 2021, Candid will require patrons to create an account when they access FDO Essential, which they will then use whenever they return to the database. This will allow them to store information and useful searches onsite, between visits. However, access will be restricted to one, 24-hour period each month. When patrons log into their accounts, they will be given a 24-hour "Day Pass" allowing them to use the database remotely within a 24-hour window, and the system will track their remaining access time for them. After the 24 hours, the system will show them the next time when they can access the system and receive another Day Pass, which will be every 30 days.
