If a patron(s) receives their Road Trip Map and first stamp at your library, enter one tally-mark under the “New Road Trip” section. If multiple people, such as a family, all join using one map, add a tally-mark for each person in the group.
For patrons who already have a passport and come into the library to receive a stamp, put a tally-mark under “Existing Road Trip participants.” If multiple people, such as a family, are all using one map, add a tally-mark for each person in the group.
If a patron(s) signs up for a new library card when participating in the passport program, put a tally-mark under the “new library cards created” section.
Use this survey to submit your library's statistics on the 1st and 15th of every month, or the following day if the library is closed on those dates.
