We offer Notary Services, free of charge! While not required, we recommend calling to make sure a Notary is available

Museum Passes

Tappan Library cardholders in good standing with a valid Library card can  check out our MUSEUM PASSES for the Storm King Art Center, Frick Collection, Intrepid, Guggenheim and/or the NYS Empire Pass.   Our passes are available on a first come, first served basis. Call or stop by for more info.

Homebound Program

People with physical disabilities that prevent them from reading print materials may qualify for no-cost audio and Braille books and magazines through the NY Talking Books and Braille Library. Contact the library to learn more or click here for application information.
