THE HISTORY OF THE JOHN HATHORN HOUSE by S. Gardner: MANZA FAMILY

Paul Manza acquired the house and lands from the Raynor estate in 2009.  His son Jamie established a permaculture program on the field in front of the house, also used as a community garden.  In 2013 the house and some of the land were transferred back into the Raynor family, but the Manzas and Kim Gabelman own the front 'triangle' field and other original Hathorn lands.
