It is the fiduciary responsibility of the Board of Trustees to ensure the library's operations are consistent with the budget. However, it is the Library Director's responsibility to advise the Board of Trustees as to the most responsible and effective way in which monies should be spent.

Live training on both programs are offered by RCLS at intervals during the year, which provides up-to-date information and affords the opportunity to ask questions of the presenter.  Attendance at a live training will result in Trustee Education credit.
