Finances
There will be multiple portions of "Finances" to be reviewed. It is the fiduciary responsibility of the Board of Trustees to ensure the library's operations are consistent with the budget. However, it is the Library Director's responsibility to advise the Board of Trustees as to the most responsible and effective way in which monies should be spent.
