Valley Cottage Volunteers: Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

New York State Law requires that all employees and volunteers are trained annually in the identification and prevention of Sexual Harassment in the workplace. 

In order to complete the training necessary to volunteer at the VC Library, you MUST:

1. Watch the NY State Sexual Harassment Prevention Training video in the box on the left below.
2. Read the scenario in the box on the right below and submit answers to the questions.
3. Fill out the affidavit and be sure to include your name and email address so records can be updated to indicate you are in compliance.
4. Please note: the quiz will not submit until you have answered the questions correctly. If you do not get a confirmation screen indicating your quiz has been submitted, please correct your responses and submit again.
