If the item you are giving away is larger than a book bin, arrangements must be made for pick up/ drop off.

A picture of the kit with all pieces

Your email
# of take and make kits assembled and available
Age group (early literacy, elementary, tween, teen, etc.)
Link to any instructions or other materials someone would need to give out the take and make kits OR let folks know to email you for those materials
Link to video tutorial, if available
Anything else that would be helpful for a library to know prior to handing out the kits
