2024 Annual Report Guide: Finishing Up

RCLS Helpful Hints

FINAL STEPS:

  1. All of your Active Flags, Unanswered Questions, and Edit Checks can be found by clicking the STATUS button at the top of the survey.
  2. Be sure there are no active flags or unanswered questions.
  3. Be sure all of your Edit Checks have green check marks denoting that they have been corrected.
  4. Print the entire report including annotations before submitting to RCLS. 
    Use the PRINT button at the top of the page to print the entire survey, including annotations.
    Save the report for future reference before submitting.    

SUBMIT  your completed annual report survey to RCLS using the SUBMIT button at the top of the survey. Survey is due to RCLS by February 17, 2025.

Once submitted, your report will be locked to prevent further input. The RCLS Annual Report Team will review their respective sections of your report and you may receive separate emails with questions about the report. We will make the changes according to your answers.

Reports will be reviewed in the order in which they are received.

Once all questions are resolved and all reports are complete, RCLS will submit all 47 reports to the NYS DLD for their final review.
If there were significant changes made to your report after submission and review, you should print another copy for your records using the instructions in the Printing tab of this guide.
