The Rural Health Network Wellness Program is available at no cost to individuals and families with increased risk of cardiovascular and other chronic diseases.

Syringe Exchange Program via hvcs

HVCS’ Syringe Exchange Program (SEP) uses harm reduction methods to work with people who inject drugs to reduce their risk of contracting HIV, hepatitis C, and other bloodborne diseases. We are non-judgmental and provide a safe, discreet way to meet and offer our services.  The SEP program is FREE and always anonymous. We use a mobile unit (a truck) on a regular schedule to blend into specific neighborhoods but remain accessible.

Ulster County - Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD)

MOUD is an evidence-based approach that uses medication to treat individuals with Opioid Use Disorder. People who stop using opioids often relapse (return to use) if they do not use medication to help them. Stopping and then restarting opioid use increases the chance of dying from an overdose.
