RCLS Board of Trustees: Minutes

As of August 15, 2022, videorecordings and transcripts of the recordings of the RCLS Board of Trustees meetings are available upon request (pursuant to NYS OML requirements signed into law by the Governor of the State April 9, 2022).  The recording of each meeting shall be stored within five business days following the meeting and shall remain available for a period of 5 years thereafter. 

The Request Forms allow for requests to be made for single dates.  Should you desire a recording or transcript for multiple dates, please submit an individual request for each material desired. Meeting dates are provided in the RCLS Board Minutes box on this page.
