RCLS Board of Trustees: Meeting Dates

The RCLS Board of Trustees meetings are held in the large conference room at the RCLS Headquarters.

Meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted below* and on the RCLS Event Calendar.  Directors, trustees, staff, and Friends of Libraries group members, as well as the public are welcome to attend.

The next RCLS Annual Meeting will take place on September 12, 2025, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.  The location for the event is The Town of Wallkill Golf Club, 40 Sands Road, Middletown, NY 10941.   Sign in begins at 8:00 am in the Conference Center foyer. There is no charge for this event.
