Book covers are protected by U.S. Copyright Law. We encourage member libraries to examine their policies and procedures regarding Copyright before publishing book talks online then sharing them with RCLS. Please show the book cover only in your video book talk.
Determining Fair Use can be tricky, we like using the Fair Use Evaluator process as a means to check usage and for documentation.
