2024 Summer Reading Club
Open to all kids, birth through incoming 6th graders.
If you participated last year, simply log in with that username and password to easily enroll in the new program. An email will be sent to you with this information if you have forgotten it.
After you register, be sure to visit the Children's Room to pick up your SRC Welcome Bag! We recommend picking it up at Ice Cream Kick Off on June 24!
You may start to come in to report books and pick up prizes on Monday, July 1.

Read to earn points towards Book Bucks to spend at the Prize Store and free books!
- How to Earn Points:
- Read! Each day you read (or read together) is 25 points!
- Complete a Book Art Mission! Each Mission is 10 points!
- Every 100 points = 1 Book Buck to spend in the Prize Store.
- There are 10 Levels (1,000 points) to earn to complete the program and 10 Bonus Levels to unlock if you finish early and are still going strong!
- FREE BOOKS when you reach level 1, 5, and 10.
- How to Track:
- Use the paper calendar from your Welcome Kit to help you keep track of when you read (optional)
- Log into the ReadSquared website or app at any time & enter how many days you have read!
- Log in to see the Missions, complete the steps, and earn the points!
- Your Welcome Kit also has a Reading Log for you to write down the titles of the books you have read if you wish.
- How to Collect Prizes, and Free Books:
- Visit the Children's Room during Reporting Hours starting Monday, July 1.
- A volunteer will chat with you about your books, log into your account, and give your Book Bucks and free books.
- New Raffle and Guess Jar Contests each week!
- Reading Club Reporting Hours:
- Reporting starts on Monday, July 1
- Monday - Thursday : 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Saturday : 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Friday : No Reading Club Reporting Hours
- Reporting ends on Thursday, August 22
