Substance Abuse
The Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Council provides information regarding the use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs (ATOD) as well as problem gambling and serves as a general ATOD clearinghouse and reference library for the Orange County community.
ADAC also provides confidential and personalized referrals for people or family members struggling with the disease of addiction.
