Job and Career Guide: Reentry- Career Resources

Exodus Newburgh has been providing services to the Orange County community since 2014. While the core of our mission is to support individuals who are coming home from incarceration, we also recognize the generational impact that incarceration can have on communities at large and aim to address, mitigate, and repair this harm through various innovative means. At our new site located at 120 South Street, we offer an array of services including case management and employment readiness. We also work with grassroots partners to reduce gun violence and provide alternative avenues for youth, and repair familial and community harm.

In Newburgh, RECAP's Orange County Re-Entry program assists those returning home after incarceration. Case managers provide educational, vocational, housing assistance and support as they weave themselves back into the community. RECAP also has a Job Coach for those seeking employment.
