  • The Trevor Project (1-866-488-7386, Text START to 678-678): Access information preventing suicide and Trevor’s unique resources for LGBTQ youth. Call, Chat, or Text.
  • 988 Lifeline (Call or text 988): Free and confidential support for suicide and crisis. You can call for mental health struggles, emotional distress, alcohol/drug troubles, or if you just need someone to talk to. Call, Text, or Chat. 
  • Crisis Text Line (Text HOME to 741741): Connect with a trained crisis counselor to receive free, 24/7 crisis support via text message. Text or Facebook message option available. 
  • SAMHSA (1-800-662-4357 or text your zip code to 435748): You can get free and confidential help, treatment referral, and information about mental health and drug or alcohol use disorders, prevention, and recovery in English and Spanish.
  • National Sexual Assault Hotline (1-800-656-4673 or text HOPE to 4673): to be connected with a trained staff member from a sexual assault service provider in your area. Call, Text, or Chat.
  • National Domestic Violence Hotline (1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788): Trained expert advocates are available 24/7 to provide confidential support to anyone experiencing domestic violence or seeking resources and information. Call, Text, or Chat.
