Your RCLS Member Library Card grants you access to our extensive digital library, which includes more than 45,000 eBooks and audiobooks. To sign into the Overdrive platform or the Libby app, you'll need your library barcode and your PIN/Password.
What is my library barcode?
Your library barcode is a 14-digit number printed directly on your physical library card. If you do not know your library barcode, please contact your home library. You can find a list of our member libraries and their contact information here.
What is my PIN/Password?
If you received your library card before August 5th, 2024, your PIN is typically the last 4 digits of the phone number you provided when signing up for a library card. If you became a member after that date, your password was provided to you by a library staff member when you signed up.
Can I reset or change my Password?
You can! If you have a valid email address associated with your account, you can request a password reset using our online catalog. Click Sign In and then select Reset My PIN / Password. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Can library staff tell me what my current PIN/Password is?
No. For security, library staff are unable to retrieve your current PIN/Password. However, they can assist you in resetting your password if you do not have a valid email address on file.
