Information About Scaling
The Koha transit slip has been standardized to aid our drivers in sorting materials quickly. Large, bold destination font is important when sorting bins in a dark van. The length prevents the slips from falling out of materials and causing delays when trying to connect slip to book. Please see the picture below:
The slip on the left is the standard transit slip. A mouse is included for scale. To the right are two slips that have been scaled and which are not ideal for RCLS drivers.
When the Koha print dialog appears for a transit slip, make sure that your print settings do not include scaling. Here is an example of what your print settings should look like. Note that the exact look of this screen differs per browser:
Note that the scale is set to "Actual Size." "100%" is also an acceptable setting. Also note that margins are set to default (None is also acceptable) and that Headers and Footers are off.
