CARES Act
As part of the $2 trillion federal stimulus bill (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act) passed on March 27, and an additional $484 billion aid package signed on April 24, New York State small businesses are eligible for a number of relief benefits from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). These include the Paycheck Protection Program, Subsidy Loan Program and the Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program. see also Main Street Lending Program below
