Activities

Rubber Ducky Readers

Ages 0 - 5 with their Grown Ups

Babies are born ready to learn!  Help your little ones get ready to read with Rubber Ducky Readers!

Complete early literacy activities together to help your early readers continue to develop skills they need to talk, listen, and read.  For every five (5) activities you complete with your child, visit the library to pick out a rubber ducky to keep!  You may pick up one (1) duck per week during Summer Reading.

Visit the Children's Room at the Moffat Library for more information!

Read & Bead

Kids Ages 5+

Build a reading chain this summer!

For every book you read during the Summer Challenge, pick up a bead to add to your chain when you visit the library.  You can count any type of book, including comics, eBooks, books read to you, books you reread, and more!

To participate in Read & Bead, pick up an 18 inch chain and your first bead at the library starting July 5th inside the Children's Room in the Moffat Library.
