Our Doors are Closed, but the Library is Still Open

The Coronavirus pandemic may have forced the Nyack Library to shut its doors for the time being, but we offer so much more than physical materials! Our staff is creating curated lists to entertain and enlighten, for all ages. All you need is your library card to access eBooks and audio books, movies, music, television shows, and instructional films and lessons via Hoopla, Kanopy, or Libby/Overdrive. Our head of Youth Services has created a list of suggested children's websites and apps. We've also included a list of links to non-library, online streaming services offered by such organizations as the Metropolitan Opera, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Nyack's own Birchwood Yoga, and the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, Italy, to name just a few!

We always welcome your feedback and suggestions -- Please fill out the survey located here or call 845-358-3370 ext. 214 or email info@nyacklibrary.org. Staff are checking both phone messages and emails every day that we are not in the building. Visit our website for continual updates -- www.nyacklibrary.org
