  1. Initial QB set up
  2. Software malfunctions
  3. Bookkeeping duties for your library

How do I access the RCLS QuickBooks Consultant?

The RCLS QB consultant is available to member library staff only by appointment. Please use the link below to access the consultant’s availability. Appointments will be scheduled in one-hour intervals.

What do I need before my appointment?

  1. Desktop QB software
    1. If QB is running on an unsupported out of date version, it must be upgraded prior to making an appointment
  2. Credentials to access the library’s QB account
  3. Documents needed to accomplish tasks with the consultant
  4. Ability to use Microsoft Teams or TeamViewer (TeamViewer is currently installed on all RCLS-supported computers and is available to download on unsupported computers at the TeamViewer website)
