Ramapo Catskill Library System received approval from the Director's Association to give permission for any school district within the RCLS service area to connect to PLC, as long as that district meets the eligibility requirements outlined in the agreement linked below. Public Libraries do not need to take any further steps to join PLC.

Library Media Specialists and O-U BOCES purchase e-materials for students in their schools as per their collection development policies. Public Libraries should continue purchasing e-materials for their communities according to their own collection development policies.
