HDI is a 3 year grant focused on improving the health of City of Newburgh residents. OC DOH contracted with Community Voices Heard and Catholic Charities to host a series of community listening sessions. The three areas of most concern to residents centered around housing, transportation and mental health. The library received generous funding for the these materials that are available for checkout with your library card.
