- The American Counseling AssociationSupporting Professional Counselors at Every Stage, in Every Setting. Founded in 1952, ACA is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the growth and enhancement of the counseling profession. We provide education, community and professional development opportunities for more than 58,000 members, including counselors in various practice settings and counselors in training.
- The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP)Established in 1987, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is a voluntary health organization that gives those affected by suicide a nationwide community empowered by research, education and advocacy to take action against this leading cause of death. AFSP is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide, including those who have experienced a loss. AFSP creates a culture that’s smart about mental health by engaging in the following core strategies: Funding scientific research; Educating the public about mental health and suicide prevention; Advocating for public policies in mental health and suicide prevention and Supporting survivors of suicide loss and those affected by suicide.

Our mission is to promote the advancement, communication, and application of psychological science and knowledge to benefit society and improve lives.
- Anxiety & Depression Association of AmericaAnxiety & Depression Association of America (ADAA) works to prevent, treat, and cure anxiety disorders and depression. ADAA improves the quality of life for those who suffer through evidence-based educational resources, professional practice, and scientific research. ADAA’s promise is to raise awareness about the impact of mental health on physical health, to find new treatments, and one day prevent and cure anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders.
- Black Psychiatrists of AmericaThe mission of The Black Psychiatrists of America is to address issues affecting the mental health of African people worldwide with special emphasis on persons of African descent in the Americas and to provide a forum for continuing education for those who provide psychiatric care to these underserved population groups.
- The Blue Dove FoundationIn the Jewish community, discussions about mental illness and substance abuse tend to be rare, if they happen at all. As a result, many individuals and their families suffer in private and lack the information necessary to address their issues. The Blue Dove Foundation is working toward advancing these conversations, eradicating shame and educating the community.

- FindTreatment.govFindTreatment.gov is a product of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)’s Center for Behavioral Health Statistics and Quality (CBHSQ). It is the most comprehensive resource for persons seeking treatment for mental and substance use disorders in the United States and its territories. FindTreatment.gov provides the ability to search for substance use and mental health facilities, health care centers, buprenorphine practitioners, and opioid treatment providers.

- Mental Health AmericaMental Health America advances the mental health and well-being of all people living in the U.S. through public education, research, advocacy and public policy, and direct service. Operating nationally and in communities across the country, it advocates for closing the mental health equity gap while increasing nationwide awareness and understanding through public education, direct services, tools, and research.
- Mentral Health CoalitionThe Mental Health Coalition was formed with the understanding that the mental health crisis is fueled by a pervasive and devastating stigma, preventing millions of individuals from being able to seek the critical treatment they need. We envision a world in which mental health is not associated with stigma, shame or judgement and all people feel empowered to openly discuss and address their individual mental health needs.
- National Alliance on Mental IllnessNAMI is the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. Founded by a small group of families in1979, NAMI has blossomed into the nation's leading voice on mental health, with an alliance of more than 600 local affiliates who work to raise awareness and provide support and education that was not previously available to those in need.
- National Association of State Mental Health Program DirectorsFounded in 1959 and based in Alexandria, VA, the National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors (NASMHPD) represents the public mental health service delivery system in all states, territories, Pacific Jurisdictions, and the District of Columbia. NASMHPD is the only national association to represent state mental health commissioners/directors and their agencies.
- National Council for Mental WellbeingThe National Council for Mental Wellbeing is a membership organization that drives policy and social change on behalf of more than 3,400 mental health and substance use treatment organizations - and over 10 million children, adults and families they serve. - National Latino Behavioral Health AssociationThe National Latino Behavioral Health Association (NLBHA) was established to fill a need for a unified national voice for Latino populations in the behavioral health arena and to bring attention to the great disparities that exist in areas of access, utilization, practice-based research and adequately trained personnel. NLBHA’s vision is to improve the behavioral health of Latinos; and to achieve behavioral health equity and provide new programs that respond to the diverse needs of the community in a culturally and linguistically appropriate way.
- Suicide AnonymousSuicide Anonymous: a fellowship in which we share our experience, strength and hope with each other so we may solve our common problem and help others recover from suicidal preoccupation and behavior. It is the first Twelve-Step program for people addicted to suicide – and has been, quite literally, a life-saver. Unlike religious organizations, Suicide Anonymous does not judge suicide as a sin; members can share their stories without fearing condemnation.

Their mission is to connect trans people to the community support and resources they need to survive and thrive. They envision a world where trans people have the connection, economic security, and care everyone needs and deserves - free of prisons and police.
