Patrons who visit your library after the expiration of their Instant Digital Card may have holds and checkouts still active on their accounts that they wish transferred to their full library card. This can be done via the Overdrive Marketplace if your library has an Overdrive Advantage Login by clicking Support and then Merge User IDs. You will need the cell phone number used to register for the IDC. If you do not have your Advantage login, or are unfamiliar with this process, you can contact the ILS department to complete this step for you. 

Phone Numbers must be prefixed with the "+" character as well as the country code. Ex: +18455551234
