- Sullivan County Department of Community ServicesThe Department of Community Services is the Local Government Unit for the development of behavioral health service plans for Sullivan County. The Department also provides direct services in mental health, alcoholism and drug abuse to all residents of Sullivan County. Services are available to individuals of all age groups, without regard to severity of their disability. All services are confidential.
