Local History Resources
Our Local History Collection includes many unique books, photographs, and documents that gather together otherwise unpublished information about our area and the people who lived in our area.
Our Local History Collection includes many rare books that gather otherwise unpublished information about the rich history of our area. Some of these books can only be found in our collection, and offer information of a greater depth than any other resource.
Our Manusript Collection contains approximately eleven thousand documents representing eight prinicipal groups including the Coleman Papers, the Ogden Hoffman Papers, the Ambrose S. Murray Papers, the Samuel S. Seward Papers, the Smith Family Papers (1744 - 1910), the Wickham Papers, the James W. Wilkin Papers, and the Henry G. Wisner Papers.
